$700 RATE IT PLEASE

I am on a budget $700 i live in canada so prices here are pricey!
I will just play games like mass effect and such but not often. Will use it as everyday comp. Not on extensive gaming unless i want to.

Get a 550w psu. Then get a 7850.

Grab a Corsair CX430 or CX500 instead, 700W is overkill and I heard the cables on that PSU are short. For that price you can get a 7850/7870 which will use less power and run the same if not faster. Other cases that I would recommend are the Antec 300, and the Cooler Master HAF 912.

If you can upgrade to the cheapest ivy bridge i5, you'd get a lot better performance.

You can do a lot better than a 560 - get current gen tech. I'd go with a 7770/7850 or a 650ti.

You don't need even close to a 700w PSU - 500w will be plenty.

Get 1600 MHz RAM - it's only a few bucks mroe.

Look at the Gamma Classic - best budget case out there.

Both the 560Ti and the 7850 are faster than the 7770 and 650 Ti. For Mass Effect he should get the 7850.

I decided to get a 7850 and replace from 1333mhz to 1600mhz and a 500 watt psu is good? i will be adding like 2-3 fans.

if it is an everyday computer i also recommend AMD, they are cheap and pretty good.

WAIT. If you are going to get i7 (assuming an overclockable one, so something that ends in "K") you might as well as get a Z77 motherboard right now.

If you are going to get an i7/i5 after you get a job, you can wait for haswell CPU and get a z77 board instead. other wise you can just get an AMD build with a better case then upgrade into an i5(for gaming) or i7(for more video editing) and a newer 1155 board and maybe a better SSD.

with your i3+h77 board, the board is just going to tie down the newer processors and such

Fyi Haswell will be using a new socket 1150 so I don't think you can reuse a z77 board better off buying then instead of a incremental thing now
