So I'm wanting to upgrade the better half of my computer and I have $700 to work with.

Approximate Purchase Date: The next 2-4 days

Budget Range: $700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Streaming, Editing.

Additional Comments: I also want to get a new case, ssd(at least 500gb), and keyboard so if anyone can give me some suggestions for those that would be great as well. Don't include that with the CPU, RAM, Mobo it would be purchased after.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Getting into streaming and I also am not satisfied with my current build's performance in VR and other titles.

You'd be surprised how well that AMD (stock) Wraith cooler is for overclocking and remember that Ryzen has a OC limit to about 4.0-4.1 so unless you have a high ambient temp or want a quieter cooler there's really no reason to spend much on a aftermarket cooler.
