Solution

What about downgrading the CPU slightly back to the G4560, and upgrading the GPU to the Radeon RX 470?

OP: the i3-6100 is only a few percent faster than the G4560 in most cases, and the Radeon RX 470 benches significantly above the GTX 1050 Ti. There have been some *crazy* specials on the RX 470 in the US recently, as low as $120 after rebates, which puts it directly in line with the 1050 Ti. Are there similar discounts in CA?

I'd go this route: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DZyxjc

However, You do have some money to spend if your budget is up to $700. Possibly if your more of an guy where he likes to show off his components than go with a bigger case or nicer such as Fractal Design, or other ones that can fit your budget.

I went with an additional SSD for some boot times that are crazy as well as some important games or programs to load fast. I also went with a 1050ti 4GB w/ dual fans primarily because cooling is amazing.

For the PSU your able to go pretty much any route, I went with the Corsair because I know it's reliable as well as there not sleeved there blacked out.
