700W PSU enough for GTX 970 SLI?

I have a Rosewill RD700-M - Stallion Series PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182305) and I am thinking about picking up a second MSI GTX 970 4G, for my rig. Will I meet power requirments?

Thanks for the help guys! I think I will go with the EVGA PSU just because my rosewill has been pretty noisey and my last EVGA was very quiet.

Keep in mind that not all EVGAs and Rosewill's are created equally. Neither company makes their own psus so some of their stuff is great, and some of their stuff is crap. The 750w Rosewill above is a WAY higher quality psu than your 700w Rosewill. And the EVGA B2, G2, GS psus are all way better than the EVGA B1 or NEX series psus.
