Question 720p 60 fps game recording - Min req

What should be the minimum requirement to record game play at 720p 60 fps??

I have an entry level gaming PC with 2nd Gen core-i5, 8 gb ram and 2 gb gddr5 GT 1030.. and so far all games run fine. however when i try to record games with fraps i see stuttering and it keeps repeating every few seconds and sometimes to the extent where gaming is impossible. Do you know what's going wrong? and how can i possibly fix it?

bro use geforce experience (shadowplay) best for nvidea graphic cards + ur game won't drop fps or something u will be fine at recording without losing more than 5 fps in most games
