Can you guys make my buddy the BEST 720p PC build for just $800? Now, I understand it wont be THAT good, but I hope It'll be sufficient for him. He needs the core components, an OS and a 720p monitor. He understands he wont be playing every game on high on 60fps so he has that down. No ssd is needed as I think its a waste of money.

That'll play anything on 1080p as well. I had a similar set up a few years back (with the 760 and whatnot). It did great in all games I played!
 


Good build but I think he wants the Operating System price to factor in as well.
