I have a 1080p DVI Monitor, (Viseo 243D) but when I play games in 720p it looks very blurry and not so good quality. I know that the pixels are stretched and I'm not running at a native resolution, but how come when I watch YouTube videos at 720p fullscreen, it looks really nice?

If this is a problem how do I fix it?
if not, then why is this happening?

Cant run most games at 1080p :(

You can't stretch pixels. Not the way you described it, anyways. It's still 16:9 format, but you lose 1:1 pixel mapping. The result is blurry pictures and lost fine detail. If a game looks bad, to the point you do actually notice the blur, then increase your graphics settings. YouTube looks great because it's (at a somewhat high bitrate) not a game. YouTube don't have texture/AA/etc options. :)

It's only blurry from the edges - like REALLY blurry. How do you disable scaling? like the other guy suggested but im not sure how...
