Hi , actully my moniter is an 1366x768 @60hz (Vga Input) nd i nevr tried nything beyond it 🙁

As now Vga r totally wiped out im going to buy an 21inch 1080p @60hz moniter,

Actully 2 specific questions makimg me all dizzy :

1.) Do i need an 1080p 75hz moniter or an 1080p 60Hz is ok.

2.) Aftr some tym my gpu wont be able to hold game at 1080p so will turning the resolution lowr cause graphics to stretch (u know how big things look on 800x600) , or will it be stable near 1366x768 even on 21 inch 1080p

Solution
First of all, beautiful English. For future reference, spelling correctly and an attempt at grammar makes answering your questions much easier and efficient :)

To answer your questions:

1. It depends. Most people would say that getting a higher refresh rate (the 75Hz monitor) is much a big upgrade, and I agree. After upgrading from a 60Hz monitor to a higher refresh rate, it's hard to go back. As for *needing* it, no. You do not NEED it, though in my opinion, if you can afford it, make the upgrade.

2. The graphics will not be stretched, rather the image will be upscaled and the quality will go down, though nothing compared to running the game at 800x600. If your GPU is unable to run games at the 1080p resolution, scaling down to 768p...

If your GPU is unable to run games at the 1080p resolution, scaling down to 768p (your current monitor) or 720p is not a big deal, and a higher framerate is generally worth lowering settings. Keep in mind though, that a 21" monitor is not very large, and the quality loss will appear less than if it were a 27".

To sum it all up: pick the 75Hz monitor if you have the cash and no, there won't be any stretching, just a lower quality if you scale down the resolution.

Solution
Most if not all modern HDMI 1080p monitors will also have a 720p native mode aswell.

Assuming you can connect via HDMI you will get 720p as a use able resolution within windows & in game settings menus.

Most monitors will do a good job of downscaling with minimal quality loss.

Its the same aspect ratio as 1080p so there will be NO stretching involved at all.

^ it is indeed , the outcome is the same though.

Once youve setup screen scaling in your gpu's display settings for both 1080p & 720p resolutions you can leave the main desktop at 1080p & just use in game display settings to render at 720p if required.

I have a 4k screen , I can game at 4k , 1080p or 720p without issue.

There is a quality/sharpness drop on windows desktop & text heavy applications using a lower than native resolution

It is not an issue in actual games though .

Which is why I suggest keeping windows itself at a native 1080p resolution.
