740QM VS. 560M for autocad/revit/photoshop

I'm an architecture student using mostly autocad/revit/photoshop
I'm planing to buy a new laptop for the next 2-3 years, just wonder which cpu would be better for me

the options are i5-560m, i7-740qm
can those prossecors run those programs or should i go for (the more epansive) 2520m/2620m/2720qm

they can, but I would opt for the more modern 2xxx chips.

also consider a cheap laptop for taking notes, etc., and a desktop with lots of cooling/video power/memory for heavy CAD lifting.
