7440x or 7800x for streaming?

Hi guys, just a quick question. The price difference between the i7-7440x and 7800x is really not that much, so I wanted to know, which would be a better choice for me? Please dont talk about price as a reason, I simply want to know which would be better for a gamer/streamer. As I have come to understand, more cores help with multi-tasking, which fits my scenario as im gaming and streaming at the same time, however the 7440x has a faster single core speed of 4.2 ghz. Which would be a better choice in your opinion?

In addition, if I were to get a 7440x or 7800x, would a 650w PSU corsair rmx series be enough? I am also using a 1080ti with this build.

The 1800X certainly isn't cheaper than the 7800X. And also, the 7800X is Skylake-X part.

And the 7800X does as good as the Ryzen 7 lineup anyway.

Sorry cant seem to find a reply or quote option on my phone. Thanks for the suggestion on ryzen but I would much prefer to have an intel cpu. Nice to know the 7800x is reliable to, thx Gon. The graphics card is a 1080ti that I plan to use. So just to confirm, you guys think a 7800x would be a better choice in my scenario and a 650w rmx PSU would be enough also? Sorry for the repeat questions haha, im just spending so much on this new build and want to make sure I get this part right

It has been released already, and for gaming then yes, it will outperform any of the HEDT CPUs.

With the 1080 Ti, go for the 8700K. If you want more cores, then get either the 6900K or the 7820X.
