75 hz monitor locked on 60hZ

Hello,

I got the philips 240V which is a 75 hz monitor
But on my nvidia control panel its on 60 hz, no option to get it to 75 hz.
How do i get my 75 hz? Because i got some microstuttering if my locked FPS on 120 goes on 119 or lower.

Most likely it only does 75 Hz at lower resolutions like 1280 × 1024.

What connector are you using on the gpu and monitor?
Exact model of this monitor?

Are the monitor drivers installed? Check display properties and make sure is doesn't show Generic monitor.

On Page 19, it states:

Maximum Resolution
1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz (analog input)
1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz (digital input)

Recommended Resolution
1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz (digital input)

To achieve ~75 Hz, you have to adjust resolutions to any of the following (see the table on the same page), which states:

640 x 480 @ 75.00 Hz
800 x 600 @ 75.00 Hz
1024 x 768 @ 75.03 Hz
1280 x 1024 @ 75.03 Hz
1440 x 900 @ 74.98 Hz

All other resolutions are ~60 Hz.

1: Where do i do it? Nvidia config?
2: Is this possible for just games only or is it for browsing , desktop , discord aswell.
