[SOLVED] 750-1000$ gaming build

Looking to build a new pc for around 750-1000$
Any help will be appreciated!
I’m going to recycle my current ssd and hdd so I won’t need an os.
And I can use my gtx980 for now and upgrade in a couple months if the moneys worth it somewhere else right away! I’ve been out of the game a few years so I’m clueless right now

I’m in the states and Yes I have a monitor. 1080p 144hz

You dont need to spend $750+ on a new CPU/mobo/RAM. You can get a very good CPU for a lot less. I was able to go with a 2600 and threw in a 2070 and kept it a touch over 1k. So that would give you the GPU too. I put in a 650 watt PSU because it was on a pretty good sale, but a good 550watt PSU would probably be enough.
