750 7400rpm 16mb cache vs 1T 7400rpm?

What would be the difference between the two, aside the 250 gb of memory?
Trying to decide which to put on my laptop, I'll also have a 256 ssd as my C drive, so this is gonna be for storage mostly.

It should have a cache, but if they are the same, then it is up to you as to which one is better, as the only difference then is the capacity
