This is the build I was looking into getting, I was wondering what settings it would be able to run bf4 at 60fps (With a 1920x1080 monitor). Thanks for the help.
 
Solution
You should be able to get consistent 60+ fps on high settings with that setup. If you go for ultra you'll find yourself dropping into the 30s fps according to these two charts (the R9 280 is about the same as the 7950)
