$750 Gaming Build

Hello, I'm planning on building a gaming pc and I just can't make up my mind for what parts to pick. I'd like to play Battlefield 4, Far Cry 4, Tomb Raider, ETC. at high to ultra settings 1080p 60+ FPS if that is reasonable. I'm an Intel and Nvidia fan so try to include those into the build. If someone could help me out that'd be awesome! I'm kind of on a budget, I just don't want to shell out money that could've been spent in a better way, if that makes sense.

You could get a GTX 770 but that means lowering the motherboard and cpu to the lowest models.
