I have a 750 ti 2gb gup a 375 watt psu and a 2.40 ghz cpu I have Afterburner as well is it safe to 100% max out the overclock on it if so what fan speed % should I use and it is a no extra 6 or 4/8 pin connector it is a zodiac, This is what I have it at now http://prntscr.com/91olyw running at 39 degrees Celsius.

if you want to overclock your GPU you will need to upgrade you powersupply
