750 ti ftw 150$ in-game rewards?

I know this isn't directly about graphics cards and all of that, but I just got my 750 ti ftw edition in the mail and installed it and everything runs great! The only down side is that it said that I was eligible for 150$ of in-game credit. (50$ per game) Here is a link : http://www.geforce.com/fall2014-free-to-play-bundle

My only issue is.. where do I get a coupon code? Am I just missing something and the offer is not available anymore for some reason? I guess my confusion came from them having an add when I installed my drivers that caught my eye about this promotion, so I would like to redeem it. Strife looks fun, so I at least wanted to keep that one. 😛

If you ordered it online you should have recived an email but if you purchased in a store for example Microcenter, they will give you the code as a voucher thing or on the bottom of your receipt.
