I have a really old cpu so, I want to buy 4770k, But how many frames would I get with a 750 ti playing bf4 on ultra settings ?

Solution
a little advice for you buddy

for gaming you dont need i7
go with athlon x4 760k or fx6300
if you are using entry card for i5 vs x4 760k/fx6300= you cant almost see the difference
if you are using high end card for i5 vs x4 760k/fx6300= you will see a big difference
save your proc's budget and invest for a enthusiast card
You should be able to play BF4 on high @ 60 FPS. (If you have 8 gigs of RAM.If you have 4 however, then you will be able to play it on minimum 😛)
If you don't do video editing, then get an i5 4690K.i7 is useful when video editing, while the performance increase in gaming over the i5 4690K isn't big, maybe like 5%.
You can get a much, much more powerful GPU to pair it with your CPU.
But if you're on a tight budget, then the 750 Ti will do just fine. :)

or should i wait for broadwell i5 ?

No.
Get the i5 4690K and you should be good to go.You can play BF4 with the 750 Ti and 8 gigs of RAM at high @ 50-60 FPS. :)
