750D making loud noise

i have an i5 4440 gtx 760 128gb ssd and a seagate 1tb hdd and it makes a weird faint noise but when i tap the top it stops for about a minute then goes again

At a rough guess, somethings wrong with the top fan.

Have you done anything more than just the preliminary percussive maintenance or..?

nar i havnt touched the fans i just built my pc and it can get really loud
