I'm trying to build a PC with this setup, a gaming PC. Can anyone recommend the hdd I should get? Not a tech savvy person so speak english please.

CPU: i5 2500
GPU: GTX 1050 ti
RAM: 8 GB

How much are you willing to pay for your storage many of the time 2TB hdd drives are about 10-15 dollar more which is much better value for money pair with crucial MX500 500gb ssd or Adata SU800 512gb ssd, but do get a ssd and hdd combo so you can get a 2tb hdd and 500gb/250gb ssd(atleast).

It really depends on your budget... it you got plenty of cash laying around then i would certainly recommend you use it to get a better cpu, if not, i feel for you (Also in the same boat :sweatsmile:)

considering that your processor is downright ancient and you arent using much ram - i dont think that getting an expensive SDD would help much. you could pick up a decent 1 or 2 tb hdd for about $50. that should be enough.
