750ti 2gb to 1060 3gb

Will it be a noticable upgrade if i upgrade my 750 ti 2gb to a 1060 3gb

If you are gaming on 1080p or higher resolutions, then definately go for the upgrade, it's so worth it.
If you're gaming on 720p then you probably don't need the 1060, a 960 would be enough

depends on your cpu, post your entire build, you already might be bottlenecked by the cpu.

What CPU are you using?

It should be fine, the base model 3gb 1060 only use 120w and only need a single 6pin pci-e connector.

Your total system consumption under load should be comfortably below 300w.
