750ti graphics card csgo

i have a amd a10 6800k processor with a NVidia 750ti graphics card and I'm only getting 40-60fps on csgo on high and the same rate on low... I don't know what is going on and its been bothering me for a while because I know I cant run csgo on high with 150+ frames but for some reason something is wrong somewhere.... please please help!!!!!!!

That's weird. I can run CS:GO on 40fps with only Intel HD Graphics.
