I have a monitor with resolution 1366×768 and psu 550w whch gpu is better GTX 750Ti or R7 265 ?
which can max out games on that resolution for longer time and which is better for games like unity fc4

Solution
I happen to like the Nvidia drivers better, and the Maxwell architecture seems to me to be more modern and efficient. I would vote for the GTX750ti on that basis.
I also have seen benchmarks that show the AMD cards to have more lagging frame times.
Here is a recent one:

The i5-4460 is a fine cpu.
For a balanced gamer, I would budget 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card.
On that logic, a i5-4460 would run a GTX970 very well and that is the next logical upgrade.
NEITHER. Your display is pretty crappy low end and you can get any number of 1080p LCDs at a PawnShop for like $45, which would provide better quality AND performance (some games actually perform WORSE at lower resolutions).
Both cards are LOW END ENTRY LEVEL cards and are NOT made for high end gaming, even at low resolution. You could simply look up the BENCHMARKS for Unity or FC4 and 740ti/R7 265 for yourself to see you can NOT MAX OUT GAMES.

You would need to invest in a better card, BUT that won't matter if your running a low end CPU, on a slow HDD (5400RPM) and only 4GB of old RAM (DDR2). If you want that "max out" and don't have the cash, then get a console. Surprisingly a cheap console (as compared to the HIGH COST of PC parts) can play many titles LIKE you want it to perform (even better, PS4 can play 1080P on High at 60FPS on many titles

I have a ps4 but i need also a gaming pc you cant call r7 265 and gtx 750ti crappy card. Gt 610 an hd 5450 are real crappy cards . Btw both can max out
Games at 720p but the question is which will perform better in most games and which can stay for a longer time and i will pare it with i5 4460 which is not a low end its nearly high end
