I have a 3080 installed in my pc with a 750w from power spec, I was thinking to put my previous rtx2060 in it as well to use it as a capture card, would it work?

SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: EVGA ftw3 ULTRA rtx 3080
Mem: 16gb 3200mhz Gskill Riptjaws
CPU COOLER: stock wraith PRISM
MOBO: ASUS B450-f Gaming ROG

Solution
No.

The 3080 can take up as much as 420watts, with peaks even slightly higher.
Add 100watts for the cpu
another 100 for the rest of the system
620 watts
750-620 = 130
not enough for a 2060, also, because the 3080 has power spikes, even if it's below 750watts it might trigger over current protection on a power supply.
and all that is even if your pc is of high quality.

Short answer NO.

Long answer, Hell NO.
First of all you haven't said which exact model your PowerSpec PSU is but it doesnt matter really for 2 reasons. The best PowerSpec PSU is mediocre AND just the 3080 will push that PSU to it's limits depending your games.
Even with just the 3080 in your system, you will need a better PSU. Never cheap out on a PSU. It's the heart of the system and if it fails it CAN take other hardware with it. I wouldn't risk my close to 1000€ 3080 (not to mention other componentss) with a less than excellent PSU.
Buy at LEAST tier B of this Tier list (I would certainly go for Tier A if I were you).

Nopeee its off brand. Oh btw Make sure the psu you get has the right number of connectors, 6 pin, 8 pin, etc. I would recommend getting a 1000W modular psu, like this one to start off with SilverStone ST1000-PTS 1000W 80+ Platinum Fully Modular Power Supply - SST-ST1000-PTS | Mwave.com.au . I think you want at least a gold rated psu with 1000W or more. If I had a system like your i would be getting this one Corsair HX1200M 1200W 80 Plus Platinum Modular Power Supply - CP-9020140-AU | Mwave.com.au or ASUS ROG Strix 1000W 80+ Gold Fully Modular Power Supply - ROG-STRIX-1000G | Mwave.com.au . If you can afford a high end 2060 and a 3080 i'm sure you can get something like this. I would hate to see both of those cards go down in high voltage hell especally that Ryzen 7 3700x because its the only thing i have that you have And I love this cpu!

I agree with this guy, roughly 1000watt or 1200watts should be able to handle that no probs.
