These are Techpowerup measurements for your card. I'm not sure what the difference in "peak" and "maximum" is, although even "peak" is quiet high. It would be cutting it close. I agree, with these revealed graphs on your GPU: an 850W or higher is probably smartest.

Even though I am not OCing any of my parts? According to pcpartpicker, with everything that I have in my system, it will require 724W. But if you guys think I need 850W I am more incline to believe the community here than pcpartpicker.

Without OC, two 980Tis under a stress test are about 500W together. Plus rest of system, probably looking at 650W on a stress test. Gaming conditions, probably more like 500W.

I have 2 x Gigabyte 980 Ti G1 Gaming, so without OCing them any further, I should be ok?

Great quality unit, but with those graphs above, I think it can be cutting it close. Normal gaming performance each GPU should be around 259W according to another graph. The EVGA 750W G2 more than likely can run past its rated wattage, probably up to near 800W until OCP or OPP kick in and shut it off. These thresholds are usually higher than rated amperage.
