Hello !

Will 750W from my EVGA 80PLUS Bronze PSU be enough for this
i9 9900k, rtx 2080ti, z390 maximus xi formula, 32 gb ( 4 x 8 gb ) 3200mhz hyperx predator ram, m2 ssd ( samsung 970 evo ), ssd samsung 860 evo, WD 2tb HDD, kraken x62, 3 rgb fans + 2 non rgb fans ( all 140 mm ) and 3 led strips

Should I upgrade or not. Have tested it in few games GPU load is like chilling below 50%, cpu 30-40%. Temps are normal, cpu 30 to 40, gpu 55 max. Those are from Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Ultra settings 60fps locked.

Also I'm hearing a weird noise while gpu hits 50% usage something like a buzz. Is that because of a low PSU ?

The important question is what exact model PSU is it? B3 for example? and how long have you had it?
750W is more than enough to run a 9900K and 2080 Ti.

Problem is not quantity, it's quality, and if it's one of EVGAs lower tier models, then quality won't be good.
The weird noise, you will have to find where exactly the noise is coming from first.

It's this one

2 Years of working without any problems in previous build. ( i7 8700K & 1080 )
Currently it's powering i9 and Rtx.

And that noise feels like it's from GPU ( only while gaming )
