What's the exact PSU. There are 750W PSUs I'd run both on, there are 750W PSUs I'd run one on, and there are "750W" PSUs I wouldn't let inside my house.

How old? I'd probably avoid it with a budget PSU, but the gray label ones can do it, though I wouldn't like it. I'd feel less so if this was an old green label one.

750w on a grey label should be plenty, you'll not need much from the VRM's as there's no video output to speak of other than windows.

What could go wrong if I use it? I would have 2080ti at like 150w and 2070 super at like 80-90ish w

Corsair relies on buyers actually hearing of products to make sales, brand recognition. The CX line of psus has been around for Years! But they have made changes. The most prevalent sales for a long while used green/white bubble type lettering on the side of the psu. Many shops are buying up the old stock and selling those old units, brand new, to unsuspecting ppl who have heard of corsair, so it must be good.

The new version CX is considerably different platform, different everything except the name. Much better quality build, outputs, voltage regulation, protections. The new version has a gray/silver ish stripe and black lettering, as do all the new model Corsair.
