Question 75hz monitor connected by vga locked in 60hz

I have the Xiaomi redmi rmmnt215nf monitor which is 75 hz. I have it connected by vga cable. But when I try to change the refresh rate in windows settings, it only shows 60hz. How can I fix it

My guess is use the HDMI port.

What GPU are you working with? Don't you have access to an HDMI output from the source system?

I do not have a dedicated gpu. Mine is cpu integrated. I also don't have an hdmi port

I also don't have an hdmi port in my motherboard. Could it be that my vga cable does not support 75hz?
Btw, the cable is 7 years old
