75Hz monitor is not working

So i just got this asus 75hz monitor and for some reason when ever i play 75hz on Roblox, Minecraft, Terreria, Gmod My frames drop and the monitor screen tears more than 60Hz and When i play Rainbow 6 seige or pubg it plays fine... Specs are MSI Gtx 1060 6gb, And ryzen 1600 and 8 gb of ram. Please help!

What do you mean it not working? do you have vsync on?

If you have drastic dips in FPS you may need to lower your settings to keep the FPS around 75 (as long as the games support that FPS) and leave vsync on as it will help with the screen tearing.
