Ok guys , here is my rig:
CPU: 5820k at 4.4ghz
Motherboard: X99-A/3.1USB
Graphics: 980TI XTREME WINDFORCE (custom bios 1570/8002)
RAM: RIPJAWS IV 2400MHZ 16GB
Cooling: Phobya 360lt kit
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO
Power: RM850I

I did try a format , and didnt solve anything.

So , i Have a Samsung S24D590L and easily oced it at 75hz without frameskipping in the tests , (it can go up to 77 but theres no need for that).

But heres is the problem , in some games it cause some really tiny stutter that kills the butter smooth effect. I am having a big problem with killing floor 2 (too much stuttering) but it will play good battlefield 4 , battlefront , rise of the tomb raider... And today i am playing the Battlefield 1 , at 75hz on foot (stopped) everything is smooth but when i ride a horse (stopped) i take again that stupid really tiny stuttering , i tried then changing to 60hz from in game settings and then everything become smooth... I cant deal this problem anymore , it drives me like a psyco and theres a clearly advantage at 75hz over 60!!! Am i doing something wrong? Or games animations isnt still created for >60fps? (tried also 70hz and 65hz oc display same tiny stuttering) :beurk:

With the 75hz oc from nvidia panel (timing auto) my screen information is giving me 84.4kHz 75hz , so what i have exactly to check? Also looked at Display adapter properties its set at 75hz... Yeah i remember when i set it at 59 and its was just bad with only 1 fps difference.

Try enabling fast sync, I have same issue on my 34" monitor when I OC it to 75hz. Only other way I can avoid the micro stutter is have cap the frame rate at 60 ( native refresh rate for the display ) or set graphics settings where it goes well over 80+ fps.

I have this happen mostly when I upscale picture over 1440p on demanding games like witcher3. BF 4 on the other hand I leave default refresh rate 60hz, and disbale vsync in game and in nvidia panel so fps can go over 100+ on upscaled resolution, no stutter there

Fast sync is a mess i am playing with vsync , even if the fast sync doeng give input lag , it gives stutter and lag in every some secs and its never that smooth as vsync... upscaling doesnt makes any difference for me as far as i dont get frame drops...
So ocing 60hz screen is creating problems? If i get a 120hz or 144hz one will i get a smooth expierience or same things will happen? But its strange i am not having lags or stutter in tests or videos only in games and then in some of them or even in only specific situations , its totally a headache...

My second screen is 144hz, everythign plays silky smooth. I use it mainly for FPS gaming

So i guess i have to save money and grab one with the lighboost technology , i would go for a 1440p 144hz or 120hz but they are very expensive 🙁

Here in Greece , nope!! We dont get any sales for Electronic stuff XD ... But yeah i will need a while to gather this value of money... So if someone else has any idea for any possible fix is welcome!

Sure , i did a clean install on the driver that releashed yersteday!! But also had format my system before a couple of months , didnt fixed it either :-/ Would it make a difference if i scale from the gpu and not the screen?

Ok , i found 2 budget screens : ASUS VG248QE and BENQ XL2411Z both are same price and i would like to play at 120hz with vertical sync without any dropdowns and thats how far my card can go. Personally i found Asus with more colours while Benq was washed out but more focus on visibility , really i wouldnt like a washed out panel thought... So is the Asus a decent choice?

Yes, get Asus.
Here is link to color profiles in case colors seem to be off, http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/articles/icc_profiles.htm#games
also on the same page it shows how to apply it.
