I'm looking to upgrade my Graphics card from a Radeon 6850 to an Nvidia 760 or 770.

My setup is:
Intel i5 3570k - Stock clock speed/Stock heat sink
16gb RAM - Corsair vengeance 1600mhz (4x2)
600 Watt PSU
BM75-PA45 MSI Motherboard
Single 1080p monitor
NZXT Source 220 with stock fans

I'm not looking to SLI, but possibly in the far future. (I'll have a new motherboard by then obviously) I also have no real interest in going with a higher resolution than 1080p, or getting a multiple monitor setup.

I'll mostly be using the card for gaming. I don't do much else on my computer that is intensive.

I just can't make up my mind on whether to buy the 770 or the 760. I don't mind saving a bit more and paying for the 770, but is it even worth it? The 760 seems to have pretty good benchmarks at 1080p.

Solution
Buy the GTX770. Forget the benchmarks, you will get either better fps or better eye candy.
If you buy the GTX760, you will be forever second guessing yourself.
I have rarely regretted paying more, but often have regretted paying less.

I kinda felt the same way geofelt when i bought the 660ti which then owned the 770 for a while and its a BEAST at 1080p. If your looking to go sli in the future the 770 would be the way to go which would give you better frames with higher demanding games such as crysis 3/metro last light more so then 2x 760s will and also giving you room to grow as well
