760 SLI, is it a problem if a card uses "2 slots" (and do I have enough power)?

My current system is about a year old.
I have a geforce gtx 760 and have been thinking about getting another one to run next to it in SLI.

I ran into a discounted card, "EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked ACX Cooling" at 150 euros.
The store page of that card has "using two slots" as one of the disadvantages of the card, which makes me wonder if it is still possible to use next to another video card?

Besides that I'm also wondering if my 650 PSU can handle it, or if I should really upgrade to a 750 PSU.

My current setup:
GPU: GeForce GTX 760 - Gigabyte GV-N760OC-2GD (rev. 2.0)
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K Boxed (overclocked from 3.4 to 4.0 GHz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
PSU: Cooler Master GM G650M

Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: 2x4GB - Crucial Ballistix Tactical
SSD: Mushkin Chronos SSD 240GB
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA200, 2TB
Case: Antec Three Hundred Two

If you look at the image above, your current GTX 760 is installed in the right-most PCI-Ex16 slot. The second GTX 760 would be installed in the middle PCI-Ex16 slot (labelled PCIEX8). The card "using two slots" just means that the cooling shroud/fan of the second GTX 760 would extend out to cover the adjacent PCI slot (just to the left of the PCIEX8 slot), making it unusable.
