trying to decide on a graphics card.
Here are the options;
Nvidia 760
R9 270x 4gb windforce
R9 280x 3gb
7950
Any opinion helps!

out of those the r9 280x and GTX 760 are the best and roughly equal depending on which model you get

I would recommend looking at a Corsair Gaming Series 600watt or an alternate manufacturer.
Also. the 280X is a 7970 which is slightly better than the 7950.

Yeah, the extra fan would make it a bit quieter and cooler.
