7600GS vs GT220

Hi guys... No, I'm not stupid enough to buy either of these, I just have them lying around and I have a mate with a chipset intel 3000... All he wants to do is play CoD4 and MW2 with it... So which would perform better? 7600GS or GT220? Can't find anything to show me...
