760G motherboard questions

Hi, I just ordered this mobo http://www.gigabyte.com.ro/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4813#ov together with an FX 4300. Is this a good mobo for an FX cpu ? I know a newer chipset would've been better, but the budget was very thight and this one by far the cheapest that had heatsink by the cpu. My second question is, can I upgrade to a better FX or overclock this one ? Also i have at home some Kingston kvr1333d3s8n9/2g , will it work with this new one that I just ordered, a KVR13N9S6/2. Sadly, it doesn't have thermals on VRMs, not suitable for OCing:

I've no idea how much you paid for it, but the tier description in which it resides pretty much says it all.

Check GB's website, it doesn't have heatsinks on VRMs.

Also, the sticks should work, but there's no garuantee they will.

Mine is rev 5.0, it has the same heatsinks as the GA-78LMT-USB3, plz click on my link and see more pictures with the mobo.

"Please apply sufficient cooling to CPU VRM zone when ACC function is enabled."

^That means VRMs are not heatsinked.

ACC stands for Advanced Clock Callabiration, simply put, OCing.

Thank you, I won t OC, i need this to give me 150 fps stable on CS GO so I hope it's enough on stock speed.
