I already have monitor, keyboard, mouse and Windows 7. I'm building it in Iowa, USA.

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

MyMonitor Resolution: 1920x1080,

Why I'm Upgrading: It's time. My pc is 3 years old and has GTX 460 for GPU.

I'm hoping the PC will be quiet. My main question is the motherboard, it's a full ATX motherboard. Why are other ones much $20-$30 more expensive? Other full ATX H97 ASRock mobos are more expensive. When I look at the spec I can't tell a difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Definitely replace the PSU. Changed a couple of retailers because you only get the $5 off at superbiz once, not for each item. Personally, I would find a cheaper case you like and see if you can squeeze in a 970.
