I have a 1080p Monitor (1) If I get a 4 GB will it make it so I don't have to upgrade as soon or will I get a higher FPS? For both of the cards if I need to upgrade my graphics cards later would SLI be a good option?
I would say that most likely when you will upgrade, unless you can get a used card for cheap for example, you will probably be better off just upgrading to new faster card.

How woulda 760 2 GB compare to the 770 2 GB? Its cheaper so I could put more money somewhere else.
Thanks
The memory only becomes a limiting factor when you gameat much higher resolutions or run multimonitor setups (NVidia surround/Eyefinity). Your running 1920x1080 so 2GB is more than enough.
I would look at reviews at tom's HW to see how the differences are. The GTX770 is much more powerful than the GTX760, but both are quite capable gaming cards. 1080p will run fine on both but GTX770 will let you turn on higher in game settings.
