770 Vs 7970 for my needs

so i was dead set on the 770 until i heard that there was almost no difference in performance so what would work better for me?

i play bf3 bf4 skyrim arma 3 dayz (maybe it doesn't look to impressive) and other fps

i would like to run them all on max and at 60fps average

im playing at 1920x1080

Depends whether you want to overclock. The 7970 is the slightly better buy if you do, otherwise the 770 is better. And of course performance also varies from game to game.

the 770 is stronger in terms of performence, and uses better tech in almost any way.

you should have no problem runing any of the games you mentioned smoothly with either cards.( arma 3 is tricky and you wont really get steady 60 fps, and no one knows how bf4 will run yet.)
