7700k won't get stabe at any voltage

I've been trying to oc my 7700k for a while now, and I can't seem to get it to behave. When I go to the internet I see people happy with their 5GHz 7700ks at 1.27 volts and mine won't work even at 1.43 volts. What could be the issue? I've tried to look for answers, but haven't found one yet.

My mobo is MSI Z270 gaming m7.

Does it run stable without oc and stock voltage settings?

Just because some ppl can clock to that number, doesn't mean all will.
Might just be bad luck on the silicone lottery..
