7700T or 4790?

Hi people, i'm thinking about getting this cpus, both are the same price (the 7700t is 10 bucks more expensive) i know about all the extra benefits such as the better igpu and chipset advantages.
But my question is, which cpu is faster (at processing)?
i just can't manage to find any real benchmarks for the 7700T so i have to ask you guys , please answer

Why a 7700t not a 7700 non t? It's faster and usually cheaper.

The 7700t should be faster as the newer arch is about 10% faster and a 4790 isn't 10% clocked higher

I would think 4790 would be faster, based clock is 20% higher, higher tdp for boost clock
