Question 7800 XT Build Help for Prime Day

Hi all. I'm looking to build around the 7800 XT with suitable components that neither greatly exceed nor badly bottleneck the GPU. I will be using the system mostly for gaming and recording podcasts, perhaps a bit for streaming of gaming, and a bit for local LLMs and hash cracking. The main focus is on maintaining above 60 FPS at 1080p on RPGs and the occasional FPS e.g. Stalker 2. Future-proofing is great but I don't need more than, say, four years out of this system. I'm also curious about the 7700 XT but concerned about the 12GB of VRAM.

12GB Vram will be nowhere near a problem for the next 5+ years, considering ur playing on 1080p, whats the budget for this?
