i found this really cheap 780Ti, the owner says it doesn't output video when drivers are installed, but the bios can be used without any problem, he also says that a reflow might get the card to working order. I don't think a reflow is needed and it could be fixed with a simple bios flash. Anyone had a similar problem? i can give him my working 740 for the 780Ti, it's a great deal but we are 400km away so i have no way of testing the card. also found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXZ3nKVKivE&t=3s
Some pictures of the product (the zotac sticker on the back is something i'm worried about, don't know if it should be that way or if it has gone yellow because of high temps)

Na not good.

When driver's are installed the card's power and frequencies are initiated so whatever is wrong with it can't take it.

There have been successful revivals by reflowing solder in an oven but you wouldn't know for sure if it is solder fractures, caps or something else. I wouldn't do that to your oven if you thought to, the vapours let off wouldn't be good. Also if reflow did work there's no telling how long it'll last. There have been reflows that have failed after a few months.

Its a bust, would only consider it if wanted to experiment and not actually use for daily tasks.
