7870 or GTX660 non TI ?

i play crysis 3 planetside2 BF3 and minecraft i was wondering in those games what would be better i was hoping for ultra on planetside 2 and BF3 and medium on crysis 3 and minecraft would be good on bolth i know that

i have a i3220 16GB 1600MHz GT640 psyx card CX500 and a 1360x768 tv

you won't get either because of your cpu. all those games are heavily cpu dependent, and crisis atleast is multithreaded so more cores = better performance.

that said both gpus are nice... though the 7870 will overclock slightly better, and the 660 will SLi/xfire better.

dude pls dont tell me waht ill get ill get one your right about the CPU my i3 3220 will be fine for BF3 and minecraft but crysis and planetside 2 will not i do bottleneck with my i3 at 30FPS in heavy battle in planetside 2 with my GT640 but im getting a 3570K but im thinking a GTX660 will be easyer to enable physx for so ill just get that one

The GTX 660 are under $200 right now and a great deal. it will pair nicely with your GT 640 PhysX card for Planetside 2 and the free copy of Metro Last Light that comes with the card. By the way, the old AMD Hybrid PhysX hack no longer works with any drivers from the past two years, so the GTX 660 is a must.

ok were is it under $200 on new amazon the galaxy GTX660 GC is $205 and $249 on newegg

It looks like prices have gone up since last week, but the Zotac AMP is $200 and the Gigabyte Windforce is $190 after rebate on Newegg.

ok well im just gana get the galaxy GTX660GC from amazon its $205 and it has grate cooling i think its better then MSI TF2 one
