7870xt Coiled Whine Problem

ReCently I Bought A USed 7870 Xt (118 USD) But while Gameing IT Whines ... The Sound is Audibale Even When Playing on Monitor Speakers . But The Temps And Frames Are Stable
the Temp Doesnt Exceed 75 C sometimes 78-82 and The Fps Is Above 45 Ultra ON The Witcher Can Exceed That By Tuning Off Some Setting !
THe Question Is Should I return The Card (Wont Find Anything Nearly The Price And Performance ) OR I live with It (I can Handle The Sound) if The Coil whine Is Not HarmFul

Coil whine isn't harmful, just annoying.

You may find that it's a power supply issue; high ripple from the PSU can lead to the GPU having to absorb the fluctuations.
