Question 7900 XT fans spinning ?

So I recently upgraded to a 7900 XT GPU and a 7700 CPU with Corsair 5200 Mhz RAM. Now for some reason In AMD Adrenaline the fans sometimes won’t turn off, and when downloading game files the GPU fans will start spinning at 830 rpm and it's temp at idle will be at around 50-57c. Then the fans will come on and cool itself off. Why is Adrenaline so buggy, is this normal behavior or what ?

Did you reinstall the OS after the platform migration?

Reinstall windows 10 no it’s a new build
