What is your current card you left that out? Generally it isn't worth upgrading AGP graphics too old to really.

I agree with saaiello.

Not much left in the way of agp video cards. They are disappearing due to the adoption of the PCI-e standard.

newegg.com lists almost 700 video cards. Only 34 of the video cards are agp. 🙁

If you can find an AGP HD3850 cheap go for it.

Cheapest I found new was $89.95 a bit expensive for such an old card.

i can, for free, ATNO COST!!!, get the card mentioned in the title.

Yes it should be fine the card requires at least a 20 Amp 12 volt rail so you should be OK but you will need an 6 pin PCI E connector or you might need an adapter if you dont have one.

Edit: I just looked up your PSU it doesn't have a 6 pin PCIE connector so you will need to get an adapter.
