Prices in my area are high I know

Im not sure what to buy, my use is gaming and web development, but im not sure exactly what ill need in the future, always good to have a PC that can do more than one thing I guess but its not a necessity at the moment .
one of my main games is "Path of Exile" which is a CPU heavy game so I rather not save up on the cpu and buy something like the 7600.
my GPU (if it matters) will be the 7900xt
on a side note is the "Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX V2" enough for the 7950x3d? or I should get a 670 board
any opinion will be appreciated, thank you very much in advanced
