I got the Phantom Gaming but only because I got it for more than $200-off as an open-box from Newegg. Ordinarily, I wouldn't care which one I got. Now, if you have a glass side panel and like RGB lightning, then you'll want the Phantom Gaming because the XFX cards don't have RGB. If the XFX is cheapest and you don't care about RGB, get the XFX. I've owned six XFX cards and with the exception of one defective (that XFX took care of), I've been quite happy with them.
