790GX chipset and 5000 BE

OK in all the reviews of the 790GX motherboards said that the chipset will help to get a over clock of the Phenom CPU. What I want to know is will the chipset will help get a better over clock of the Athlon 5000 BE?

It'll be more or less the same as any other capable am2 boards for 5000+ be.
