7950 not detected

Hello,

I've a 7950 card laying arround. But as soon as I plug it in. It isnt seeing the card in device manager or in ATIFlash (DOS version). If i plug in my 750Ti with the 7950 (HDMI in 7950) I got screen. But the driver isnt detecting the card. I can't flash any bios cause it isnt detected. There is also no dual bios switch sadly. Hopefully u can help me.

CPU: AMD FX-6350
RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB)
PSU: Corsair AX750

I edited the post. It's an Corsair AX750. It can handle the card.
